How soon will my items arrive?

First of all, thank you for your order! We ship and provide tracking to you within 2 business days. Once your package leaves our hands, we have no choice but to trust in the universe and the delivery service to make sure everything arrives safely and on time.

What is your return policy?

The short version:

The window to ship returns back to us for a store credit is within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn, unmarked, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Read below for more details!

Changed your mind?

For items in brand new condition, we accept returns for store credit as long as it is shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Your store credit will be issued once we process your return (within 2 business days of receiving your package). Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.

Something went wrong?

Please check your items as soon as you receive your package and alert us within 14 days if there is an issue. We are all about communication and will gladly work with you to resolve things.

What styles are final sale?

Items purchased using a promo code or on sale will be final sale. Returns that do not ship within our 14 day window are also final sale.

What about exchanges?

The window to ship exchanges back to us for a different size of the same style is within 14 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn, unmarked, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Read below for more details!

Need a different size?

If you love your item but need a different size of the same item, we can send you the correct size as soon as your exchange item is in transit. As with regular returns, please be sure to ship your brand new condition item within 14 days of initial receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. Please note that we do not hold exchange sizes, and if your desired size sells out before you ship your item, we will be happy to process as a return.

Want a different style instead?

At this time, if you would like a completely different item instead of exchanging the size of the same style, we will process your order as a normal return and issue a store credit that you can apply toward the item you want. If you're worried about something selling out, reach out and let's talk about it to make something work!

We based in Southern California in Chino Hills. We're next to the OC & LA, and an hour from the beach, the desert, and the mountains! At this time, we are online only.
